We have been developing a web-based condition monitoring toolkit since 2004. Over 1000 machines were
successfully been monitored during the development phase. The ability to handle vibration, pressures, temperatures, thermographic pictures and machine oil samples has been integrated into the system and all are
available for reporting and viewing via the website. AVT IMS and associates now have over 75 sites condition monitored using Spi-VR Examples of the Spi-VRâ data collector and typical website data are shown below |
