examine the contract scope and content it was decided to carry out an audit to benchmark the current situation of Operations & Maintenance including facilities, management, work force and asset conditions.Simon
Mills managed the project in Saudi Arabia, assisted by Dr Zohair Al-Sarraj, the senior consultant from the Specialist Consulting Group. A wide ranging review of operations and maintenance activities were audited and
analysed to provide a detailed plan for the way forward for future maintenance contracts. |
