Condition Monitoring Services
AVT are currently managing condition monitoring contracts on over 100 industrial & marine sites. Over 10000 assets are being monitored using Spi-VR and other data collection systems at periodicities of 4 weeks to 12 weeks depending on criticality and reliability.

Action reports are produced after each visit with summary "traffic-light" and recommended maintenance actions highlighted. Data collection, reporting and support of the CM systems are done by AVT or associate consultants or in some cases by customers supervised remotely by AVT reliability analysts.
