Spi-VR^® CBM Portal
We have developed a low cost portable vibration data-collection system and web-based monitoring and analysis portal. We have been collaborating since 2004 with major manufacturing and service organisations with worldwide markets to develop a simple web-based condition monitoring toolkit.

Over the last 4 years we have been developing and testing the Spi-VR^® data collection system. Over 1500 machines on over 150 sites have been successfully measured and the results uploaded to our website portal for easy access and reporting. SpectrumCBM has exclusively licenced the concept to AV Technology Ltd.

The ability to handle other condition based measurements has been successfully integrated and over 1500 machine oil samples have been uploaded and are available for report and viewing via the website.

We already have over 30 vibration data collection units in service, utilising ultra-rugged PDA units with a novel digital vibration acquisition package, and the ability to synchronise readings back to a central server with supervision from our ISO 18436:2 Level 2 and 3 accredited vibration analysts.
